Afternoon at the Park with My Son Part 1

Last week my Son and I spent the afternoon together.  We went to Wal-mart, then Subway for a late lunch and the gas station to fill up his tank...lol  Then on to the park for a walk and photo shoot.
The sun was starting to set and there wasn't great light, but we still enjoyed ourselves. :)
It's Monday now and I hope everyone has a great week!

This is the path that we eventually follow.

Surprise, surprise my son felt the need to take yet another picture of  his car. LOL

This is Barber Park in Orlando

Keeping those teenage boys with there tanks full, can be quite costly, regardless of which tank it is!

Love the photos. That looks like a great place to shoot!

Oops... meant "their". I hate when that happens!

Such a pretty day for walking with your son. He has a cool car! My son was here for a long weekend, it's always nice to have the whole family together. He's much older than your son, so I'm glad he still enjoys visiting with us!
Have a great week!

That path you guys took looks inviting!! I think a young man and his car can never have too many pictures of it (cool looking one). Sounded like a very nice afternoon! Looking forward to part 2!

I think when I was a teen and got my first car I must have taken hundreds of photos of it. This looks like a beautiful park. I love the photo of the duck spreading his wings.

Have a great week Marie.

That anhinga in the silhouette [the last photo of this post] is fantastic.

Hi, I'm here from reading Ann's friend Monday post and your answers to her questions. Reading about what you've done to help animals and your love for them made me smile.

Nice to meet you Marie.

Looks like you both had a great day, Marie. Love the photos. The first and last pictures are my favorite. I really like how you composed the landscape picture. And I love how the Cormorants stand with their wings stretched out.
It is nice that you and your son can spent this time together. making precious memories. :)
