I spy a Carolina Wren

This little guy checked all around before taking a big plunge.  I was inside and he was on our lower deck.  We have this bird bath for the little birds. :)

He is a cutie! I have never seen one, though I have seen a regular wren. He looks the same, only larger. You got excellent pictures!! I LOVE the next to last one, where he appears to be looking at his reflection!!! You really captured his splashing well!

Such a cutie... I love our little Carolina Wrens... The only problem we have with them is the fact that they 'try' to build their nests inside our garage --when we are working outside and the garage is opened.... We have to 'shoo' them out since I don't want them to get stuck inside when the garage is closed....

Hugs,
Betsy

Hi Betsy,
they try to get in our garage as well. we went to look at a house for sale and a Carolina Wren was stuck upstairs in a bedroom. My hubby helped him out. :)

Such pretty little birdies! I have a birdbath but it's still too cold to use it yet.

Gorgeous shots. I love mine...oftentimes one of them will be out on the front porch perched on top of a chair singing his heart out. It never ceases to amaze me how such a little bird can have such a loud voice, lol!! :)
