When we moved into our new home one of the first things I did was plant flower seeds. I took everything I could find and threw them into the built in planters on the lower deck. We're finally seeing some beautiful blooms!
I may have to beg MadSnapper to send me more Powder Puff and Poinciana pods, I'm not sure if I have any left. My parents have Sandra's grandchildren down in Florida, hope they survive. lol
Happy weekend!

Nothing makes a house feel like home like flowers you've planted yourself!
glad you have some blooms coming! glad your parents could take in the florida plants! :)
Roxanne is so cute! She loves her new backyard too. Looks like you have verbena, zinnia and coreopsis ?? Happy weekend.
Very pretty, almost as pretty as Roxanne!
pretty flowers. I need more flowers around my yard but I'm just so bad at gardening
Love the pictures of those flowers. And Roxanne is so adorable!!
your wish is my command, send me your new address...i don't think they will grow up there though..
beautiful blooms and of course Roxanne is the most beautiful of all
So pretty and colorful Glad you could take a bit of home with you to NC. I dug up my favorite knock out rose and transplated it here at the estate.
I kick myself because at our first Florida home, we moved out when we had a new house built. I had tons of amarillas, and did not dig any up. : ( Now I wish I would have.
Your flowers are very pretty :)
