Pretty Garden

Hope everyone is enjoying some beautiful weather!  We've had perfect crisp days since the rain finally stopped.

This little produce stand has become a favorite destination for us.  It's only about five or six miles from our home.  Doesn't it just take you back to simpler times?
On the basket it reads something like "I have a tomato loving squirrel, so please don't leave lid open."  lol
I love the old truck.  It reminds me of the one my granddad drove.  Everyone morning he would drive to the country store to have coffee with his friends.

Happy October to everyone!  Any big plans for anyone this month?  We will be carving pumpkins for Halloween and handing out candy. :)

What a cute farm stand. We used to have those around here, but no more - progress. Enjoy it while you can!

Very pretty! My ex h had a truck very similar to that one when we lived in California. It was a 1954 Chevy but I can't remember the specific number. It was a head turner but boy was it expensive to keep up.

Hi Marie! I love the produce stand and that is an amazing garden spot. The row of zinnias look wonderful. Love the old truck! And I wonder if a scarecrow would keep the deer out of the garden? I never thought about trying that! Take care and have a nice Friday and weekend!
