Our backyard Wrenns have four new mouths to feed. We've been helping just a bit by putting out meal worms daily. :) They're so cute and we're enjoying watching them learn to fly.
this pic made me laugh until I cried! lol
not good lighting, but you can see them together. :)
They are ADORABLE!!!!! What fun entertainment you must have watching them. I always love the way the babies beaks are not fully formed yet and they look so mad. My favorites are three, and the next to last.
Aren't they just so so so precious? Love watching the birds especially this time of year. Our Bluebirds are busy feeding their babies (still in the nest box)...The parents come to the feeder and get some mealworms and immediately go to the nest box to feed their babies (usually about 4 little ones). Once the babies fledge the nest, Papa (who does most of the feeding) will bring them to the feeders and teach the babies how to eat.. SO much fun to watch...
You got some great pictures of those adorable Carolina Wrens.... We have them also...
That must be so much fun to watch the babies grow up. They are so cute. Great pictures. And great that you are giving them some extra food. Well done. Have a great day.
Not sure if you are going to see this Marie but I just wanted to pop in and thank you for your visit. It was lovely to see you :) Happy New Year to you and all your loved ones :)))
