This little guy was so cute and begged so nicely I had to go in the house and get a handful of peanuts. :) He was so grateful he gave me a tail wave. LOL

He is too cute. How could anyone resist that sweet face especially when he asked so nicely. The tail wave is definitely in gratitude. But in the third photo it looks like he is giving you a "thumbs up", well the squirrel version of thumbs.

G'Day Sweet Marie, Oh my goodness, I love your little visitor! I am always in my element when I see wild animals and the way they communicate with people. I'm so happy for you that you had the opportunity to spend time with this little guy/gal and capture photos. Last week I hand feed some Kookaburra's (an Australia native bird) and I had tears of pure joy in my eyes. This is amazing to capture a head-on photo of a Squirrel's face. I was taught as a kid never to get near, as they do bite!
