Act of Kindness

My day of coffee and thrift store shopping with my Mom was so much fun, thank you!  And I did find something wonderful and unexpected!  In one of the stores my Mom and I found an envelope with an Easter seal stamp on it.  Immediately I thought of my Grandma because she always uses those pretty stamps on cards and letters. :)  I showed one of the employees and she  told me to go ahead and open it.  So, I did and here is what was inside.  I hope this touches your heart like it has mine.

My mom and I will be making about 20 or 30 copies of this letter and stuffing dollar bills in each one leaving them in random places this week.  I really love this!

Forgot to mention the number thirteen on the corner of the envelope. Maybe the person was numbering the envelopes. I do know this is my kind of friend. :)

Great idea - kind of the paying it forward thing. How wonderful it would be to receive one of these envelopes! We have a Christmas project similar to this every year. Giving really is better than receiving!
