Do you make a special dinner for St. Patrick's Day? We never have, but I know some do.

I'm still waiting for my yard to appear from under the snow! Nothing special for St. Pat's Day. I'm not Irish so I've never really observed it.

I love seeing spring blooms. I don't prepare anything special for St. Patrick's Day, but I have been hungry for a corned beef sandwich all day!!!

How pretty with the flowers! We don't make anything special for St. Patrick's Day. One day I want to make corned beef and cabbage; we made it years ago but it was kind of tough. I need to find a recipe for it that cooks all day in the crock pot I think.

I have in the past, but didn't this year. What did I make for dinner last night?! Ugh...a pierogies in mushroom sauce dish. It was a new recipe. Not bad!
I can't wait to see some flowers around here! My mom used to cook corned beef and cabbage. I miss that.
