May Blooms

My azaleas are gone, they just don't last long enough.  The good news is, I have new blooms and new babies all around. :)  Baby birds and squirrels are really enjoying our yard.  We see cottontails late at night too, so cute!
Any new babies or blooms in your yard??

Blooms & Bumble Bees

We have so many Azaleas blooming!  I've never had Azaleas in my yard until now and I'm so enjoying their beauty!   The Bumble Bees seem to be enjoying them as well.

Thank You

Thanks for all the birthday wishes!  We had a wonderful Easter and I had a fantastic birthday!  It was, seriously, a beautiful day from start to finish!  My mom, dad and grandmother all came to visit from Florida.  I've missed them so much!  Hopefully they will all be moving here soon!
One of my gifts was a bunny for my garden.  Mom picked him out and my dad painted him pink for me.   He stands about 3 ft tall, so appropriate for an Easter birthday. :)  They also gave me a beautiful brooch pin that is a flower, the pedals are diamonds and the center is pearls, it's Beautiful!  My birthstone is diamonds and my son's birthstone is pearls, so this is my favorite combination.  It matches a diamond and pearl ring Kyle gave me for Mother's Day years ago.  One of my gifts from hubby & son is a beautiful birdbath, it reminds me of a sunflower.  The birds are really enjoying it!
Our Azaleas in our front yard started blooming on the Friday prior to Easter.  So far, we have pink and white and now purple and red have started blooming today.  They are absolutely beautiful!
I've missed visiting my blogging friends!  I'll be catching up later today.  It's gorgeous here again today and so we are going out and about. :)
 Happy Saturday to you!

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Do you make a special dinner for St. Patrick's Day?  We never have, but I know some do.

We've got green and blooms in our yard and it's very pleasing to my eyes. :)

Hibiscus Special

I found this little Hibiscus at Lowe's home improvement store.  It was on the clearance table.  I paid .25, only a quarter!  Love it!  And just look how beautiful it is blooming.  These pics were taken on this gorgeous Friday morning here in Florida.  It's only suppose to be a high of mid 70's today, so I'm very excited!
Hope your Friday brings you lots of smiles. :)

Some of you may remember these Powder Puffs AkA MadSnapper's grandplants. :)
All this beauty from meeting Sandra in blog land and her mailing me seeds. :)  Gotta love it!  Thank you again, Sandra!

Pretty Pods

It's time again to show off MadSnapper's Grandchildren.  Hubby and I are so proud of our beautiful Poincianas! They now have so many pods!  I have to tell you, it has been so cool to watch them grow from seeds that Sandra and Bob sent us into these lovely flowers.  Every time a bloom leaves us these pods grow right in behind them!  So cool and amazing!  Hubby will be transplanting more in the next couple of days, basically we will have Poincianas and Powder Puffs all over our yard. :)

Happy Sunday my friends!
