Enjoying Spring

Thank you for the birthday wishes, it was a wonderful day!  I had my family with me all day and night and that is, and always will be, what puts a smile on my face. :)  I must show you a few of my favorite gifts.

We've been having perfect weather!  Sunshine everyday and birds singing their little hearts out.
We've had such a treat watching our Carolina Wrenn's bring their four babies to our deck.  They are the definition of PRECIOUS. :)

To Hootin' Anni..I bought some organic kale at Publix and I love it. :)  I've already been changing my diet, but adding kale is one of the best changes I could have made, so thank you. :)

What a wonderful birthday you had...best of all, filled with love! I too have been adding kale to just about everything...from soup to salads to sandwiches [instead of lettuce]. Finally, a healthy food that doesn't cost an arm & a leg! lol

Sweet sweet baby! More photos *hint

Great gifts! And I love the little bird. So cute. I usually use kale in soup but that's about it. I need to look up more ways to use it.

Your son is very generous, and he has great taste. The tulips are beautiful! And the little wren chick is so adorable!!! So glad you had such good days!! Our daughter-in-law makes homemade kale chips, the kids love them.

Love your flowers, jewelry, and book! Such a sweet bird that came visiting! Only thing we usually do with kale is in salads. When son was juicing a while back, he would add kale to the assortment of veggies that he juiced. I do hear it is healthy for a person though!
