A Trip To Cary, NC

We recently took a short trip to Cary, North Carolina. We are going to be moving to the Cary area sometime in the near future.  I was born in NC and have always known that I would like to return.  It will be so wonderful to be closer to family and to have four seasons. :)
I wanted to share a few pics from the area.  It is such a pretty area and everyone was so nice!

Love it!

Downtown

In one of the neighborhoods I heard barking up ahead and there he or she was, a gorgeous watch dog,
running straight towards our car. :)

I always notice cute pups. :)

And then, there were three!  Their tails were wagging as they were barking. :)
The labs reminded me of my Roxanne-Love and Rambo.

Pretty pictures. Most of John's family now lives in Cary. His brother is a chef at the college.

How wonderful for you to one day return to NC!

These pictures are beautiful and it reminds me of Mayberry!!! Is it close to there, my friends have been, so I know it is somewhere in N.C. This looks like a place where it is always peaceful and everyone gets together for church suppers and picnics in good weather.

I like that the hydrants are painted red next to the church. That looks like a very nice town and one I could have hated to leave.

Did you see I copied your saying about what money can't buy? I love it, that is why I stole it, that is why.

What a lovely town. Those three wagging tails are the kind of greeters I like.

If I remember right (it has been a long time since I was in that part of the country) Cary is close to Raleigh where another good blogging friend lives. I'll have to get the two of you together. If you've noticed comments from Madi & Mom on my blog, that's her.
