Ruffled Misses Grackle

Looks like Misses Grackle let something get her feathers all ruffled up.  Eventually she calmed down.  Do you ever have days like this?  I know I do.  My feathers do get  ruffled from time to time, but it doesn't usually take too long before I'm back to my sweet self. :)
Thank you TexWisGirl for helping me learn my birds!
I love my blogging buddies!

Knowing you it is HARD to imagine that you get your feathers ruffled to easily. But guess we are all human, I bet you get over it easily.

Love the bird, love you. sandie

Lovely photos! I love birds, but never get a chance to see all the beautiful different ones and all the colors here in Vegas.

Great pictures!! The Grackles we have here don't look anything like this one, they are huge and black. But there may be different kinds, ours are Boat-Tailed Grackles.

She is a pretty little girl ruffled feathers and all. I guess we all get a little flustered and ruffled now and then. Good thing our feathers smooth out too.

Looks like a female grackle to me. I have to keep my bird book handy to identify all the birds that grace me with their presence at my feeders :)

My Grackles are always black with a bit of iridescent blue around the neck. As for getting feathers ruffled, yep, I think it happens to all of us! Have a wonderful weekend!
