Goodbye October and Hello November

Our Halloween evening was a lot of fun!  We had a lot of visitors seeking candy.
If my son had been home for more than five minutes he would have known that his jack o' lantern was a HUGE success!  We received compliments all evening and everyone was taking pics of his jack o' lantern, not ours.  lol
The pics of my son as a nerd are left overs.  He stopped home betweeen parties and he had already lost his pocket protector and pens!  I told him that he should have gone as Clark Kent and wear a Superman shirt under his button up.  I'm a fan of Superman and always watched Smallville with my son.  Any fans of Smallville out there?

Hope everyone enjoyed their evening and stayed safe!

Welcome November!

Where is your pocket protector and pens?!?!? LOL

Kyle's jack o" lantern.  He didn't use a kit, this was out of his head. :)

Our front walkway.
This is my jack o" lantern, friendly for the youngsters. :)

Kyle's not a ham! LOL

Ara, on the left, just rescued a baby squirrel two days ago and called us.
Kyle and I picked him up and dropped him at a ladies home that does
wildlife rescue, he's doing very well!

I see Clark Kent here,  maybe next year. :)

a true nerd would NEVER have lost his pocket protector! :) my old boss used to use one every day - he was a very nerdy cpa.

Halloween is not really celebrated where we live, but today is a Public Holiday for All Saints Day. It looks like your family had fun.

What fun pictures! Your son looks great but I'm not seeing a nerd there; I'm with you on voting for Clark Kent. An amazingly talented pumpkin-carving Clark Kent that is.

Thanks so much for the kind comments on my blog! I am your newest follower. =)
