Is It Really April?!

Hi and happy April fool's day and spring time!  I sure hope everyone is doing well. :)
We've been so busy packing, finding a home, and celebrating all kinds of special days.

On Valentine's Day my son gave me these pretty roses.  Ever since he was a very young boy he would pick me a flower because he said it always made me smile. :)

March 1st was my dad's anniversary of being self employed, 36 years!  And he couldn't have done it without my mom. :)
March 6th my hubby celebrated his 40th birthday!

On March 8th our fur baby, Roxanne-Love, celebrated her 9th birthday!
March 12th was my uncle's birthday!
March 25th was my dad's birthday!
We're also celebrating that we have a new home in Cary, NC!  Yay!!!  It couldn't be a prettier time of year to make this big move.  The pups are very excited because they will have a bigger yard to run and chase butterflies in. :)

It's hard to believe it's already April!   We have another Mama Mallard sitting on her nest in our yard.  She took a bath on our front porch yesterday in a pail of water that we set out for her. :)

The weather here in Orlando couldn't be any nicer, it's sunny and around 73 degrees...just beautiful!  Hope you are having a beautiful day as well!

The roses are beautiful. This is the best way to stay busy...with celebrations! So let me get this straight...you are in Orlando on vacation now, and you have already moved to N.C.? Can I ask why you moved...you needed a bigger place? Very exciting!!!

Hi Marie,
Am so happy to hear that you've finally found a home. I bet you're all so exited to move. Those roses are beautiful, and look at the sunshine out in the yard. I will be travelling to Sweden in the morning to see my grandson finally. Have a great weekend!

So according to CC in the comment above, Saturday is the big day. So let me be the first to wish you a great big Happy Birthday Marie!

I love those roses, they are beautiful. That was one busy March you had. I don't think you could have packed more into it.

I'm glad Mama Mallard is back.
