Happy Father's Day

I've been running behind in blogland.  I've had a bad cold since last Wednesday and haven't been able to shake it.  
I can't believe it's already Father's Day!  Hope everyone enjoys their day!  We will be cooking something yummy on the grill.

Tree Down

My son and I saw this last night in a Publix parking lot. 
I hope no one was hurt!  We've had a lot of storms with a lot of lightning here lately.  My mother in law lives in Pensacola and it's been a real mess there.  I hope everyone is keeping safe!

Son's Wishful Thinking

My baby boy is turning sixteen at the end of the month.  He has just one item on his birthday wish list, a car.  What sixteen year old boy doesn't want a car???  I haven't met one yet. :)  While visiting family at the Hard Rock Hotel, at Universal Studios, Kyle spotted a car that he wouldn't mind having for his first car.  Kyle snapped these pics while out and about with his cousins.  
Oh, the boy can always make me laugh!

Thrift Store Shopping

Are you a thrift store shopper?  I am!  I just love the fact that you can find such unique and totally unexpected items in thrift stores.  I also enjoy estate sales, but don't find a lot of time for them.  These are a few of my favorite finds from the past month.  

I just love this!  The sign reads "in the garden".  It's so heavy!  Made very well.

Charlie: A Love Story
