it is an anhinga i think, the are fun to watch when fishing. they dive and get so wet they have to dry their wings

Wow!!!! This is impressive, and he is even putting on a show and spreading his wings for you! Looks a bit like a condor, but I think not...disgraceful that I don't know what it is, being that I'm a birdwatcher!!
