We've all fallen in love with Kyle's kitten! He named her Foxy after the Arctic Fox. The puppy dogs are still adjusting to having her around. They love her energy and her talking! She enjoys being held and talking to you, which I love! She's so soft and sweet! Hope everyone is doing well and thank you so much for all the wonderful Blogging Anniversary wishes!
One night I followed the voice of my heart and here I am.
It's been a year since I started my blog and I had no idea what to expect when starting "Women Talk About Life". I do know that I'm following some incredible blogs and getting to know the wonderful people that created them. My very first follower was Judy aka Squirrel Queen. What was so ironic is that I absolutely LOVE squirrels! I asked Squirrel Queen so many questions about blogging and she was always happy to help me. :) In the past year I have found myself thinking about some amazing people from all corners of the world. I have laughed with you, cried for some and prayed for all. And I've made friends with people I may never meet. I'm not a good writer or close to being a photographer, but what I do have is passion for life, people, animals and nature. I hope that while visiting my blog everyone does see and feel my passions. I really love blog land and all of you wonderful, caring bloggers! Thank you all for your kind words, support, advice and time. :)
I'm blessed and I know it...I thank him every day.
This is a music box that I have (it's on the backside). It plays the song "Let It Be". I like what this says and I read it at least weekly. Down below I uploaded the song from Youtube in case you would like to listen to it.
It wasn't but a couple of weeks ago my son asked if we could get a kitten. We told him maybe after we move to NC which would be sometime next year maybe. Tonight my son calls us and informs us that he's on his way home from having dinner with a friend and he's bringing home a surprise. I was hoping for chocolate! I did joke with hubby and tell him I thought the surprise could be a kitten. We are always helping animals and we see a lot of stray kittens around the city and since Kyle had mentioned a kitten not so long ago I had a hunch. LOL Squirrel Queen I know you'll love this little girl!
How do I say no to these faces???
Is this sweet or what!?? Their eyes are a crystal blue...really pretty. Someone needs to figure out this camera...LOL
The kitten to the left is the runt of the litter.
Kyle says he bonded with this little girl and we have to keep her. :)
Taking a little "cat nap". LOL I guess we'll be thinking of a name. :)
After our son successfully passed his diving test and received his license he drove us to Cypress Grove Park. This is where hubby and I were married. It was a beautiful day and there were so many beautiful blooms. We took pictures while Kyle drove around the park. Hope everyone is doing well. I've been falling a bit behind in posting and commenting, but I'm catching up! Hope everyone has a great week!
We were married here in the middle of the Rose Garden.
