We've got a pregnant and hungry squirrel knocking on our door everyday. LOL! This squirrel is showing up near our front door everyday just begging for peanuts.
She's a chunky monkey (I'm a chunky monkey because I can't quit choolate chip cookies!) and a little off balance so I'm pretty sure she's knocked up. hee! hee! She's a cutie and she was very good to my camera Sunday.

She does look a little chunky and somewhat pregnant. Feed that girl, she's eating for several not.

she really is a bit thick in the middle! isn't it late in the season for her to be having little ones? but i guess florida might have a mild enough winter...
the third one she is smiling... I know she is. she might just be like me and overweight from stuffing herself, but it is a good bet she is pregnant. if she is, it will not be long until you know. not sure about Fl and squirrels having babies in winter. i have not seen it but that does not mean it will not happen. keep snappin and feedin

Hi SweetMarie! So cute! I've been watching a squirrel in my backyard digging around in the yard and coming up with a big morsel of something. I'm not sure what it is, but he scarfs it down. He (or is it she?) is pretty chunky, too. I'm wondering if they fatten up prior to the cold winter months? Have a great week!
